LIMITED EDITION WBA 125 YEARS 1879-2004 WBA LEGENDS FLAG 16 GREATEST PLAYERS EVER! Official WBA Merchandise sold out within days of release. SIGNED BY A WBA LEGEND ASWELL.. For sale a very very collectable West Brom Albion 125 years flag measures a whopping 5ft wide by 3ft height approx. Truly is an amazing item - this flag was produced by West Brom Albion FC from a survey voting the greatest 16 players to have ever played for the baggies in its 125 year old history. The votes were counted and the 16 highest votes on players to have worn famous throstle were selected for the flag. Features printed artwork of the 16 players selected on flag and also has the names of 1000 WBA fans printed within background on flag.
These were sold out within days of release. The greatest 16 players selected were: Willie Johnston, WG Richardson, Ray Barlow, Tony Brown, Jeff Astle, Bryan Robson, John Wile, Don Howe, Derek Statham, Jesse Pennington, Cyrille Regis, Ronnie Allen, Russell Hoult, Billy Bassett, Laurie Cunningham and John Osbourne. We were quite amazed that Bobby Hope was not included and also feel that Graham Williams, Brendan Batson and Bob Taylor should have been included but anyway this was voted by Albion fans from a survey conducted by club. Neverless the 16 names selected are well worthy of being selected and are all WBA legends - just a shame 20 players or even 25 could have been selected. As a bonus we have had the flag signed by Albion legend Cyrille Regis - Cyrille has also signed in a silver sharpie and signed "Smokin Joe Cyrille Regis" - unfortunately, due to size of flag Cyrille has signed the back of flag. It was very awkward carrying around the Hawthorns!!

Jeff is without a doubt the greatest player to have played for West Bromwich Albion, Jeff is now sadly deceased but will always be remembered by the Albion faithful.
Front cover has been signed by Jeff using a light blue pen - we are certain it is a standard felt tip pen due to time/age of programme as permanent pens were not about till mid 80's. The book has inside page signed by 9 of the 1968 Cup final squad minus John Osbourne and Jeff Astle who are unfortunately deceased - two WBA legends and not forgotten by fans. The inside page of book has been handsigned in blue biro by Williams, Hope, Fraser, Brown, Talbut, Kaye, D Clarke, Lovett & Collard
You could remove page and mount up with two other autographs of Osbourne and Astle to have complete 1968 team or just leave as it is. Choice is yours!!
